CellParz didn't start in a warehouse — it started behind the counter. Our team brings over 17 years of hands-on experience in the phone repair industry, and we have personally built and operated more than 35 phone repair stores across the West Coast — from Seattle and Portland in the Pacific Northwest, through California and Nevada, spanning Washington State and Oregon. For nearly two decades, we've been the ones greeting customers at the front desk, diagnosing cracked screens in the back room, and staying late to finish a rush repair before closing time.

That depth of experience means we don't just understand the parts — we understand you. We know the anxiety a shop owner feels when a new shipment arrives and the parts haven't been properly tested.
