CellParz didn't start in a warehouse — it started behind the counter. Our team brings over 17 years of hands-on experience in the phone repair industry, and we have personally built and operated more than 35 phone repair stores across the West Coast — from Seattle and Portland in the Pacific Northwest, through California and Nevada, spanning Washington State and Oregon. For nearly two decades, we've been the ones greeting customers at the front desk, diagnosing cracked screens in the back room, and staying late to finish a rush repair before closing time.

That depth of experience means we don't just understand the parts — we understand you. We know the anxiety a shop owner feels when a new shipment arrives and the parts haven't been properly tested. We know the frustration a technician experiences when a replacement screen fails two weeks after installation, and a loyal customer walks in angry instead of grateful. We've watched firsthand how a single defective part can unravel hours of skilled work — how a swollen battery turns a five-star review into a refund request, how a faulty charging port sends a repeat customer straight to your competitor.

We've lived those moments ourselves across all 35+ stores — from rainy Seattle to sunny Southern California — and they changed everything about how we think about quality. Running repair shops in four states taught us one unshakeable truth: every repair is a promise to a customer, and that promise is only as good as the parts behind it. So when we founded CellParz, we set a goal that drives everything we do — to get as close to zero rework as possible. Our aim is that no technician should ever have to redo a repair because of a supplier's failure, and no shop owner should ever lose a customer over something that should have been caught before it left the warehouse. That's the standard we chase every single day, because we refuse to waste the passion, the skill, and the pride that every repair professional brings to their craft.

That's why we built our own brands and our own quality control process from the ground up. Every product we ship is driven by one simple question: "Would we install this in our own customer's phone?" After 17 years and 35 stores, we know exactly what that standard demands — and if a part doesn't meet it, it doesn't leave our facility. Period.
