CellParz Warranty Policy
All CellParz branded products are covered by our warranty program. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover technician damage, physical damage, water damage, or incidental damage. Store credit will be issued at either the current selling price or the original purchase price, whichever is lower.
All CityTech screen assemblies and displays are backed by a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects — dead pixels, touch failure, display lines, and color abnormality. Physical damage, internal cracks, and damage caused during installation are not covered.
BATTRAY Standard and Super Capacity batteries include a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing faults such as failure to charge, abnormal drain, and swelling under normal use. Physical damage, water damage, and installation damage are excluded.
Sounzo ear speakers, loudspeakers, microphones, earbuds, and flex cables include a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Physical damage, water damage, ripped flex cables, and normal wear are not covered.
Volinkx charging ports, Lightning/USB-C cables, GaN chargers, and power accessories include a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, voltage surges, or third-party adapters is not covered.
TurtleQ tempered glass and KASEQ cases include a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects such as adhesive failure, delamination, discoloration, or MagSafe magnet failure. Drop damage is not covered.
Repair tools, small parts, cameras, back glass, and every other accessory carry the same 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Technician damage, physical damage, and incidental damage are not covered.
Warranty Conditions
CellParz Return Policy
CellParz offers simple, clear, and hassle-free returns. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery through the online RMA form in your account; warranty defect claims are accepted for the full warranty period of the product. If you receive broken or damaged items, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. CellParz reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
How to Return (RMA Process)
RMA Prepaid Shipping Label
We provide one free ground return label per month if your total purchases exceed $1,000 in the past 30 days. To request a label, email support@cellparz.com.
If your account is not eligible, we can still provide a prepaid label. A $15 deduction will be applied from your RMA credit balance.
Restocking Fees
- No restocking fee for brand-new products returned in resalable condition.
- Products no longer carried or purchased more than 60 days ago may not be eligible for return.
- Accessories must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition to avoid restocking fees.
Refunds & Store Credit
All RMAs are processed as store credit without deductions.
Rejected Items
Rejected items (cracked screens, technician damage, items not purchased from CellParz) will be stored for 15 days. You may request these items be returned with your next order. Otherwise, the items will be disposed of without return.
Damaged on Arrival?
- 1 Contact customer service immediately after receiving any damaged and/or visibly harmed item.
- 2 Include suspicion of damage due to visibly harmed packages before opening.
- 3 A case number will be assigned to your return. Please include it in the RMA submission.
Reporting for missing items or items damaged in transit must be notified to Customer Service within 3 business days upon delivery.

CellParz is not liable for damage due to technician mishandling or lost return items during transit. Influence on decisions for actions taken will solely depend on policies and regulations given by the shipping carrier. CellParz is not responsible for carrier delays that are out of our control.
CellParz will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise purchased from us. Damages include, but are not limited to, premature scratches and ripped flex cables. CellParz's liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise only.
All return shipping cost is at the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the case of insufficient postage at time of delivery to CellParz's returns facility, CellParz reserves the right to refuse the package.
Internally defective items do not fall under the "Damaged on Arrival" claims category.
