Free Shipping $350+
All orders over $350 ship free via ground service. Expedited shipping available at additional cost for any order size.
Fully Insured
Every shipment is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit. File a claim within 48 hours of delivery.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00 PM PT for same-day shipping on business days ship the same day. Weekend orders ship next Monday.
US Shipping Only
We currently ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Tracking number emailed within 1 hour of dispatch. Track via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Also visible in your account dashboard.
Signature Option
Signature confirmation available on request for high-value orders. Helps prevent lost package claims and theft.
Shipping FAQ
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Any order totaling $350 or more before tax automatically qualifies for free ground shipping. No coupon code needed — the discount is applied at checkout. Expedited options (overnight, 2-day) are available at standard carrier rates regardless of order size.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Select "Pickup" at checkout and choose one of our Los Angeles-area locations: Alhambra, CA — Main Warehouse (624 S Atlantic Blvd, Alhambra, CA 91803); Los Angeles, CA — Downtown (1023 S Los Angeles St, Los Angeles, CA 90015). We'll email you as soon as your order is ready. Pickup hours: Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM, Sat 10AM–3PM PT.
How does same-day local delivery work?
For shops in the greater Los Angeles area, choose "Same-Day Delivery" at checkout for a flat $15 fee, pick a delivery time slot (9AM–12PM, 12PM–3PM, or 3PM–6PM), and your order is couriered the same business day.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@cellparz.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll file a carrier claim and ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Our warehouses operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@cellparz.com or call (626) 555-0188. Once a package has been dispatched, address changes must go through the carrier directly and may incur additional fees.
Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
Yes. We offer UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Overnight, and FedEx Priority Overnight. Select your preferred carrier and service at checkout. All expedited orders placed before the carrier cutoff time ship the same business day.
