Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. It starts with "CP-" followed by the date and a code. You can also find it in your account under Order History.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before the shipping cutoff are shipped the same business day. UPS Ground typically takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. FedEx and expedited options are also available.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Carrier tracking can take 12-24 hours to update after a label is created. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48+ hours, please contact our team at support@cellparz.com or call (310) 800-0001.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, you can initiate an RMA return once you receive it.
Do you offer pickup instead of shipping?
Yes! Select "Local Pickup" during checkout, and your order will be ready within 1-2 hours.
