How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Click the "Register" button in the top navigation and fill out the wholesale application form. Our team reviews applications within 1 business day. Once approved, you'll have access to wholesale pricing on all products.

What is your return / RMA policy?

CityTech screens carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects; all other parts carry a 90-day warranty. Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery from your account (Account > RMA Request). We review requests within 24 hours and credit your account within 3 business days of receiving the item.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

Yes! Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship the same business day via UPS, FedEx, or USPS from our Los Angeles-area warehouse. You can also choose same-day courier delivery in greater LA or walk-in pickup at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (via Stripe), store credit, and net terms for qualified wholesale accounts. Contact sales@cellparz.com to apply for a net terms credit line.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order for approved accounts. Orders over $350 qualify for free shipping. Volume discounts are available for large orders — contact our sales team for a custom quote.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with the carrier and tracking number. You can also log into your account and check status under Account > Orders, or use the Track Order page. For urgent tracking inquiries, contact support@cellparz.com with your order number.
